https://pin.it/Ufb9jWx

What is depression? Depression is a state of feeling sad. A serious medical condition in which a person feels very sad, hopeless, and unimportant and often is unable to live in a normal way.

Depression is a very serious case. As time passes by, the number of people feeling depressed in the world is increasing. The major reason that triggered the youths to kill themselves is depression. Why is there an depression? The major reason why people feel sad is because of the cruelty of the society. If you're skinny, people will judge you. If you're fat, people will underestimate you. If you're loud, people will judge you but if you're quiet, they will still judge you. Everything you do is an issue to everyone. Nowadays, the youths are easily getting feel depressed because technology makes them feel lonely. Technology will eat all of your attention towards your friends and family, it will blocked you away from socializing. Loneliness and social cruelty are the major reasons why depression is existing. Family problems and personal problems is also a main reasons why the youth are being depressed. Lack of confidence and lack of trust are the reasons that triggered the youth to feel sad and lonely. When youth feels sad and lonely, it's make them depressed. And depression triggers the youth to think of suicidal.

Depression should stop! Always remember that we just borrowed our life, so we must enjoy life. We must follow our heart and do the things that we love to do that makes us happy. Don't overestimate your problems and don't underestimate your ability to overcome it. Don't overthink negatively. Have courage and confidence. If you fail, stand and try again. If you've done mistakes, try to fix it in your simplest way. If they judge you, make it a lesson and accept it. If they hate you, take it a challenge to be better person. It's okay to feel sad and to cry because it's normal and it will makes you stronger. Failure is just temporary, giving up makes it permanent. Before it's too late, have courage, trust, and confidence that you are a great person with a great personality, experiences, lessons and memories.

I REALIZED!

Everything we study is hard, especially when you are a beginner. It took some time and failure to be able to be good at it. I need to exert more efforts and understanding of what I am studying to. I just have to be more patience because i know, in time, i will make something right about it. In every result we got, there is still instructions and procedure that we must follow to have a good results. In life, we must do or take every steps in our lives one by one. Our life is like a stepping stones, we step first on the first block instead of skipping on the other block because we might fall and hurt ourselves. We should be patient in everything we do.

The major problem that i encountered is the laziness. Because of laziness, i didn't do my blogs on time and laziness stops me to grow as an individual learner. I also rely on someone's feet every time that i didn't follow the instructions, that is one of my problems why i didn't understand the lessons sometimes because i am not paying attention to it.

As an individual, i have to grow and stand on my own feet. I just realized that relying to someone isn't helpful to grow as an individual. I also realized that it's okay if you fail at your first try, you can still do it on the second time around. Failure is just a step in order to be good at something because failure is a experience that would help you to be better.

Moving on, I will never be tired of learning new things and accepting my failures and mistakes. I will still study and challenge myself to be good at it.

MY DREAM, MY FUTURE!

A dream is a cherished aspiration, ambition, or ideal. A future is the time or a period of time following the moment of speaking or writing; time regarded as still to come. In order to build the future i want, I have to fulfill and achieve my dreams first. Dreams is like a stepping stones towards to your bright future.

I have a dream, you have a dream, basically, we all have our own dreams. It is normal to have dreams, it's great actually because dreams seems like you are interested to something great and that 'something great' is the future that you are building. Dreams are just dreams, and would stay as a dream, unless you are doing something and you are exerting efforts to fulfill your dreams.

This generation, dreams are slowly fading and that is a sad reality. Why? Because this generation was spoiled with high technology gadgets and other stuffs. Technology seems to fulfill the satisfactory of every person in the world and because of that, young people are forgetting their dreams and they are getting lazy to fulfill their dreams. It is a big lost if you don't dream and if you don't fulfill your existing dreams because dreams is our future. Your future was based on your dreams. I have a dream and i am confident that i will be having a bright future.

Young people, don't stop dreaming and never give up to your dreams. Don't pay attention on what people say about dreams, about how you dream, about how you are slowly achieving your dreams because they are just insecure because you have a dream that will lead you to a bright future.

KANNAWIDAN

Kannawidan festival at the end of January celebrates the best of Ilocos Sur culture, from traditional dress and folk dance to tribal rituals and marching band contests.

Image result for kannawidan festival 2020During the opening of the festival on January 29 at Kannawidan grounds in Barangay Tamag, an ethnic dance called ‘tadek’ was performed by 100 students of Grades 7 to 12 and teachers of San Emilio National High School. “Tadek” is an indigenous opening ritual. Some of the students continued performing ‘tadek’ during the formal opening of the food, trade fairs, and exhibits. The festival is also a show of the province’s trade and agriculture products, and is a livelihood training ground for women and students through the Department of Trade and Industry and Department of Agriculture.

One mission of the festival is paying more attention to the children. It is because of the observation that many traditions, songs, dances, and other Ilocano culture are not recognized by the younger generations of the province. Instead, children are paying more attention to the modern and novelty dances they see television than the traditional ones. It is one of the reasons why the Kannadiwan Festival is conducted.

The local government of Ilocos Sur thought of this festival to encourage the younger generations to learn the indigenous songs and dances of the province.

CHANGE: IT STARTS WITH ME!

Image result for change starts with meChange is the act or instance of making or becoming different. Change is the only permanent in the world. Change is only a six-letter word but it is a lifetime process. Change is hard to do, but if it is for the better, then CHANGE is a must.

Change should start with ourselves. Let's show the world that we can do big changes from simply changing ourselves. Somewhat, they say "we must not change ourselves" but if that change will make the world better, would you still not change yourself? I did not mean to say that you have to change your entire self, what I mean is to limit doing non-sense things and never do things that are inappropriate towards your fellow humans and to your home or the nature.

Be a role model to the world. If you can change yourselves, then make them believe in their own abilities that nothings impossible and motivate them to change their selves, the world, and be the best versions of themselves.

VIGAN CITY FIESTA CELEBRATION

Dancers in Vigan City during the Binatbatan Festival of the Arts.PhilippinesThe Vigan City Fiesta is held every January 25. It is celebrated during the feast day of the conversion of St. Paul the Apostle. St. Paul is Vigan City’s patron saint. Before his conversion, St. Paul was known as Saul, a zealous persecutor of Christians. After he was touched by a personal encounter with Jesus Christ on his way to Damascus, his name was changed to Paul and he endured a lot of hardships and danger to spread the word of God to far places.

The Vigan City Fiesta usually lasts for several days. It includes within the period the celebration of the anniversary of the cityhood of Vigan, which is commemorated every January 27. There are also food fairs, arts and crafts exhibits, as well as a visiting carnival.

Longganisa Festival - Vigan City (in honour of Saint Paul)Participants from the different neighboring provinces in the northern region are also sent to compete in the various games and activities, particularly the street dancing competition. This participation by other municipalities makes the Vigan City Fiesta not only a local event participated in by Vigan’s officials, but a national event participated in by other local public heads and national officials. Within the Vigan City Fiesta days, the Longganisa Festival is also celebrated. The city has a longganisa-themed parade and at one time attempted to set a record for having the longest longganisa ever made. Celebrating new year is very important to me because new year is also means to me that I am about to close my previous chapter. I may finish and close the previous chapters of mine, but the memories and lessons that I built will remain eternity.

"New Year, New Me!" is a very popular phrase that I encountered every new year. We all wanted a peaceful life. We all wanted to be a better version of ourselves.

Happy new year wallpapers inspiration 2020, images for friends & family. #NewYearBackgrounds2020 #HappyNewYear2020WallpapersI wanted everything new. New heart, new soul and new personality.
I want a new heart because I want to let my old heart shattered itself to let go of everything that bad happened and bad memories I built in there. I want a new soul because I want to be pure again, I want my old soul renewed in order to be pure again; what I mean is, I want my old soul let go of the bad vibes and energy that I let in to my life. I want a new personality, everyone wants it. I want a new personality because new personality means to me that I have to be a better version  of myself, to be matured, to be the one that I really wanted to be and letting my old personality to let go of my bad habits and attitude.

REFLECTION

Image result for reflection aestheticThis third quarter, I've learned a lot. In every result we got, there is still instructions and procedure that we must follow to have a good results.
In life, we must do or take every steps in our lives one by one. Our life is like a ladder, we step first on the first block instead of skiping on the other block. We should be patient in everything we do.

The problem that i encountered is my ability to do something on time. In addition, I also encountered laziness while working, that's why I take it so slowly to get it.

To overcome those challenges that I've encountered, I just mesmerize the reasons why am I doing this. I motivate and express myself through singing, dancing, writing, and sometimes being a joker.

Moving on, I will do everything as far as I can and ofcourse to study harder. I will keep on learning to that something untill the time has come for me to understand it well.

Essence of CHRISTMAS

Image result for christmas pinterest aesthetic
The true essence of Christmas is to celebrate the birth of Christ and the time for us to share blessings and happiness to others. It is not only about gifts and money that we receive and give, it's how we enjoy that moment and build a memory together. It's not about your expenses in everything you give and do, it's about the priceless laughter and smiles you get after doing it. Christmas season is the longest season of the year. Christmas is something we are being excited of because of the enjoyment that satisfy us. it is the season to commemorate Christ's birth.  This is the time for us to understand the lessons from Jesus and reflect on them. God doesn’t expect us to do great things this Christmas. We only need to do things with great love. When love governs our hearts and minds, everything will follow and we don’t need to wait for Christmas time to share our love to other people.

Nations as ONE!

This year's United Nations theme is "Indigenous language matter for sustanable development, peace building and reconciliation". The United Nations is an international organization founded in 1945 after the Second World War by 51 countries committed to maintaining international peace and security, developing friendly relations among nations and promoting social progress, better living standards and human rights.

Indigenous language is a language that is native to a region and spoken by indigenous people, often reduced to the status of a minority language. The ability of indigenous language is to communicate clearly is a key function for all people. Being able to communicate effectively in an individuals first or home language connects a person to their ethnic group and helps to shape a persons' identity. If you are able to communicate well to other people, then it would be much easier to improve.

World Teachers' Day Celebration

World Teachers' Day Celebration was celebrated on October 5. This celebration is a way or an oppotunity for students to show or to express their gratitude for our dear teachers.

This year's theme is "Gurong Pilipino: Handa sa Makabagong Pagbabago." As they say, "my teacher, my hero" and that i agreed of. Aside from my parents, I also consider my teachers as my heros because of them, i learned a lot. My small brain or I usually call my coconut shell becomes bigger and still growing. They even sacrifice their personal wants just to teach us well. They almost devote their lives in order to teach us. Even though we aren't related by blood, they still treat us students like their own child.

This celebration gives us students an opportunity to express how grateful are we for having them as a teacher, how sincere we are for those times that we aren't able to obey them, and sometimes of being hard-headed students we are. Even though sometimes we are naughty, they still understand us and they aren't giving up easily. Their role is not just being a teacher, they also stand us our second parent.

Intramurals of ISNHS

The Intramural 2019 of ISNHS was held last September 12 to 14. By the help of intramurals, coaches helps their students to improve their skills in a particular area of a athletic competition.

The Intramurals of ISNHS this year held booths every clubs. There are a lot of events and programs happend this month because science month and intramurals was celebrated at the same time. Honestly speaking, this year's intramural was kinda boring because the competition for sports aren't that enjoyable and the booths that they prepare was too similar to each other. But in all, the intramural went great. Thanks to the help and coordination of every clubs because the intramural went successful.
