Foods are very important to us.
Foods made up most of our energy, especially eating healthy foods that give us
vitamins A-zinc. Eating healthy foods prevent us in having diseases like
diabetes, obesity, cancer, and more. Without foods, we’re not be able to live
longer, and also water. Eating healthy foods make us live longer, as they say
“kumain ng gulay para humaba ang buhay”. “Our health is our wealth,” we only
live once so let’s treasure our lives. Eating unhealthy foods may satisfy us
but it also made us suffer from disease that it may give us. In eating, you
must know all the consequences of it, if it benefits you good or it may benefit
you bad. In eating healthy foods, we also have to exercise. Proper diet must
deal with daily exercises in order to do activities and makes us physically
fit. Some examples of unhealthy foods that we need to prevent are: ice cream,
burgers, junk foods, soft drinks, fries, fried chicken, instant foods, fast
foods, frozen foods.
